Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

At STAND+, our goal is simple: every step you take in our shoes should feel like relief. If your pair isn’t the right fit, we're here to help return or exchange. Shoes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive them as long as they appear to be in new condition, and are in their original packaging. To keep them eligible, we recommend trying them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Find your order number in your original confirmation email or use the email address you ordered with. Contact us at hello@standshoes.com to request a return or exchange. We’ll send you clear instructions and a return label option. We will request photos of the tops and bottoms of the shoes to verify that they are in new condition. Note: Please request a return before sending shoes back — we can’t accept items that arrive without authorization.

 

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem. Once our logistics partner scans your original pair on its way back, we’ll ship your replacement. Replacement pairs always go out with standard economy shipping, even if your first order was expedited.

 

Damages & Order Issues

If your order isn’t right — whether it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — let us know as soon as you can. Email hello@standshoes.com and we’ll take care of it.


Tracking Delays

If you selected Economy shipping, please allow 3-5 days from the date you received your order fulfillment email for the carrier's site to show tracking progress. If you still aren't seeing any movement, reach out and we'll investigate whether a replacement shipment is needed.

 

Shipments Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package hasn’t turned up, reach out within 30 days of the delivery date. We’ll investigate and do our best to resolve it. After 30 days, we may not be able to guarantee a replacement or refund.

 

What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged

To keep things clear, here are the items we’re not able to take back: Shoes that show visible wear (anything beyond trying on indoors), Insoles (if packaging is opened), Customized products (logos, prints, or customized colors), Final sale items, Gift cards.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued once your return is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in new condition. Refunds are applied to your original payment method. Shipping fees aren’t refundable and a $9 return processing fee is deducted from your refund. Most refunds show up in 3–5 business days after processing, though some banks may take up to 10 business days.
