Order Processing Time
Orders usually take one business day for our warehouse to process.
If you place your order on Monday through Thursday, it ships the following day.
If you place your orders on Friday, it ships the following Monday.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. This affects expected delivery times for expedited shipping options as noted below.
Our order processing timeline is affected by holidays, which is explained in the Holiday Timelines section below.
Order Transit Time
This is the amount of time it takes your package to reach you once it leaves our warehouse.
Standard Economy: 2-8 days depending on your delivery address.
We use a variety of shipping carriers at our discretion.
Orders shipping to AK, HI, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO ship with USPS and may take longer than 8 business days.
Transit times to Canada may take longer than 8 business days depending on the time it takes for shipments to clear Customs.
UPS® Ground: Transit times are quoted by UPS based on the delivery address.
These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by UPS. Unfortunately we have no control over how UPS handles a shipment once it is picked up from our warehouse. UPS may quote a transit time of 1-2 days for delivery addresses located closer to our warehouse; however, this is not the same as UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® service.
UPS 2nd Day Air® & UPS Next Day Air®: 1-2 days after UPS picks up the package from our warehouse.
It's important to point out that this does not include weekends as we do not offer a weekend delivery option.
If you select UPS Next Day Air® for an order placed after 12 AM EST on Friday, the order will usually ship on Monday, which means delivery is expected no earlier than Tuesday.
If you select UPS 2nd Day Air® for an order placed after 12 AM EST on Friday, the order will usually ship on Monday, which means delivery is expected no earlier than Wednesday.
Weather delays: All shipping services can be affected by weather conditions that are beyond our control. We do not receive advanced notice of potential delays so are unable to hold shipments or provide notifications of delays.

Order Processing Times
Our warehouse is closed for all federal holidays that are observed in the United States.
Orders can take an additional 1-2 days of processing time depending on the volume of orders we have to process.
Order Transit Times
Carriers are closed for all federal holidays that are observed in the United States.
It is possible to encounter a delay between the time a carrier picks up a package from our warehouse and when it is first scanned to show up in the carrier's tracking system. We see this happen most often when a package is picked up the day before a holiday.
When choosing UPS® Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air®, or UPS Next Day Air® keep in mind that holiday closures and really high shipment volumes around certain holidays can push out the transit time by an additional day or longer.
